GIRLS KNOW BEST (FEATURE) / 2020/21
A female buddy comedy set in Brighton.
"I was particularly impressed by Sophie's intelligence and emotional sensitivity, not only in terms of dealing with the characters demanded of her, but also her open and professional attitude. These qualities shone through during improvised rehearsals where Sophie proved herself to be both creative and assertive whilst still extremely sensitive to the ideas of her colleagues."
Luke Champion / Director, Moving Parts Theatre Company

A CHRISTMAS CAROL (TOUR) / BELLE & THE GHOST OF CHRISTMAS PAST
Going back to the book's roots as a Victorian ghost story, this fabulous production toured historic buildings, towers and churches. I loved playing the Ghost of Christmas Past and Belle, the women who show Scrooge the dangers of locking himself away from the world.
LOTTY (SHORT FILM) / LOTTY
A short drama based on a true story, about a woman's mental breakdown.
SHERLOCK'S POISONS (STAGE) / MISS MARY TREGENNIS
"Sophie Flack as Miss Mary Tregennis is the heart and soul of this pacey and gripping production."
Sussex Playwrights, August 2018
Playing the enigmatic Miss Mary Tregennis - a woman who murders her sister and sends her brothers out of their minds, through the use of the mysterious Devils' Foot poison.
I loved the challenge of this character, her motivations are hinted at, but never fully revealed as justice catches up to her before she can explain herself. Yet although we know her crime, we also see her pain - the terrible horror she experiences as she sees her brothers being taken away to the lunatic asylum - the results of her actions, which she can never take back.
Sibling rivalry, greed and injustice - a powerful cocktail....
